The second problem:
The side menu:
The background of the side menu depends on the colors of the user's device. If the user's device is dark, it will be dark. If the user's device colors are light, it will be light like it

The background of the side menu is supposed to be related to the design colors, not to the user's device. Let's say

The template on your site changes colors completely, not just the side menu. When my device is light, your site design is light. When my device is dark, your site is dark. The problem is even on your site, not just mine.

That's the default behavior, when the device system is light the theme will be light, when the device system is dark, the theme will be dark.
