Please fix Capital Letters Issue with Doh Theme

Hi,
I checked Nubia demo theme. The main problem is with the theme is capital letters, even in the login page, posting new thread, everywhere.
even if somebody wants to type in small letter but it always write capital letter.
Please help me

I can't expect this behavior from Doh theme
