Mobile version not scaling correctly, major problem

Hello, so on my forum www.helprestore.me i have changed the heading name to just that, but if you view it in mobile version on your mobilen device, it does not scale and you can se it covers the login, it looks highly un-professional. A way to fix this or update with auto scaling would be highly appreciated, also asap!
