The owner told me it's a Dohtheme style.

We like the placeholder on the forumhome.
Can this be an add-on/plugin?

We really like this and were looking for something like that.

But i want to to build in in our own theme, and do not give admin access to anybody.
That is why i asked if it was an aad-on / plugin that we could buy.
