Add-on not working in theme

Where can I receive help? I have installed a theme and the addons are not working in it. I have tried all free themes and audentio themes and add-on works. It is only the melody theme it does not.

The add-on is called Post comments. In every thread there should be a button that says "Comment"" and it doesnt show up. Please tell me how to fix this.
