Halloween style bug

Hello....
When I change the width of my site to anything over 1300px, I can't change styles as the style changer is not clickable.
I also tried on a fresh local install on my pc and the same thing.

@Tati a new theme has been fixed and a file has been uploaded to the same v2.3.3

I have another issue when expanding the page width.
When I expand the page width, the Guest Image increases in size and hides whatever is underneath.
