How do I set a post as a "featured post"? I don't see the option for that.

Are the images for featured posts automatically the same as the forum icons, as with the demo? Or can they be individually defined? Like if an admin/mod decided a post should be featured, would that admin/mod be able to choose a custom image?

Does nubia include both the light and dark versions? Also, is there an option for horizontal postbit? Thanks.
